With a lifetime of experience in Theatre, Film, and Television, Ben shares the skills necessary to polish and refine his students’ talents. His approach is both technical and grounded in spiritual practices, exercising transcendental meditation, connecting with one’s own inner source, & techniques for “letting go” and releasing inhibitions, which ultimately lead to purity of self-expression.
